How does Lifetime Access work?
Pay once and your family's FamilyCareHQ hub stays on the premium plan for the lifetime of the product. There are no renewal fees, no price increases, and your storage limit stays at the premium level.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can change plans later through your account billing settings. Any available credits or billing adjustments will be handled through Stripe checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel a recurring plan, you keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, paid features will no longer be available. There is currently no free plan.
Do promo codes work at checkout?
Yes — there's a promo code field in the secure Stripe checkout. Apply your code there and your discount is reflected on the final total.
